Terms and Privacy

This page sets out the terms on which we sell and deliver groceries, and how we handle the small amount of personal information we collect. Please read it before placing an order.

Ordering and availability

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy, which we accept when we begin packing it. Fresh produce is bought daily and stock can run out; if we cannot supply something you ordered, we will not charge you for it and will tell you at the door or by phone.

Delivery area and timing

We deliver only to the pin codes listed on this site, currently Patna GPO / Ashok Rajpath, Kankarbagh, Rajendra Nagar, Boring Road / Sri Krishna Puri, Patliputra Colony. Our stated delivery time of under 45 min is a genuine estimate, not a guarantee — weather, traffic and order volume can affect it.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices shown include all applicable taxes. Fresh produce prices can move day to day; the price you see when you place the order is the price you pay. Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are shown in your basket before you confirm.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. No payment is taken through this website, and we will never ask you for card details, UPI PINs or one-time passwords over the phone.

Returns and refunds

Please check your order at the door. You may refuse any item you are not satisfied with and it will be deducted from the amount payable. Because we sell perishable goods, we cannot accept returns of fresh items once they have left your door.

Your account

Your mobile number is your account. Keep access to that number secure — anyone able to receive messages on it can see your order history. Tell us if your number changes.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to bring you your groceries: your name, mobile number, delivery address and pin code, and a record of what you ordered.

How we use your information

We use your details to pack and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to work out which new areas to open next. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Our delivery staff see your name, address and phone number, because they have to. We also use service providers to send order notifications and verification messages, who process that data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and for any query you might raise. You can ask us to delete your account and its history at any time using the contact details on this site.

Cookies

We store your delivery pin code in your browser so we do not have to ask you for it every visit, and we use the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need to keep your basket and your session working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
